The best thing you can do to keep your account safe is to use a strong password and set up 2-step verification.

Your password should be unique but memorable to you. The National Cyber Security Centre recommends the use of the three random words technique, and/or the use of password managers which can generate and store secure passwords for you.

Never share your password with anyone else. We will never call or text you requesting your password.
