Once your home engineer visit is done and dusted, your eero router should be plugged in. From here, it’s just a case of getting your router ready to go.
How to set up your router
Download the eero app <link> and create an account or log in using your Amazon account.
Get everything switched on and open up your eero app. It’ll detect the router and ask you to choose a location. The app might ask you to enter the eero’s serial number, which you can find on a sticker on the bottom of the device.
Now you can choose to change the network name (SSID) and password.
Tap ‘next’ and your eero will complete the setup and your new giffgaff broadband will be up and running over WiFi.
Only one thing left to do now: connect up your devices. Go to the WiFi settings on your device and find your eero network to get connected.
